Can I cancel or edit my order?

Unfortunately no. Once you've placed an order, it's pretty much a done deal. We work super fast here, so there's not much wiggle room to make changes or cancel your order. As soon as you hit that "submit" button, your order zooms into our shipping and processing system. We want to get your stuff to you ASAP, so we don't waste any time getting it out the door.

Do you accept returns?

Making sure our customers are happy is super important to us. Our return policy allows for products to be returned up to 30 days after purchase. To initiate a return, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you. It's worth noting that we do not provide return labels, as our comprehensive money-back guarantee covers products that cannot be resold.

If I want to return and get refunded for an order that includes a free gift, can I keep the free gift?

If the refunded amount brings your order value total below the threshold required to receive the free gift, you will be charged the retail price of the free gift if you choose to keep the free gift item.

I recently had a product delivered and it was incorrect. Now what?

What countries do you ship to?

Every Man Jack products are available in the USA and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

US Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping rate (5-10 days business days) is $10. For orders over $25 ground shipping is $5. Spend over $40 (or add a bundle to your cart) and Standard Shipping is FREE. Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $15.

Canadian Shipping Rates

Flat rate (5-10 days business days) is $25. For orders over $25 ground shipping is $20. Spend over $50 and ground shipping is $5.

How long does shipping take?

If you selected the Standard Shipping option at checkout, your order will typically arrive within 5-10 business days from the date you placed your order. 

If you selected Expedited Shipping at checkout, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from one of our fulfillment centers across the US and Canada. We do not process and ship orders on weekends.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sure, you can totally get your orders delivered to a P.O. Box. Just keep in mind that Colognes and Dry Sprays are exceptions and can't be sent to a P.O. Box.

Are there any shipping exceptions for certain products?

Pressurized Dry Spray Deodorants, and Colognes are only shipped ground within the contiguous USA. They cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or US PO Boxes.

Promotions & Discount

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

No. Only one promo code is able to be applied to an order. You are able to stack a gift card code and promo code. 

Are there any exceptions to discount codes?

Yes, promo codes are generally not applicable to bundles, gifts, & kits. 

Do you offer student, military, first responder, or healthcare worker discounts?

Rewards

How do I see how many points I have accumulated?

Just sign in to your account and navigate back to the Rewards page. Scroll down to the Rewards Activity section or click the Rewards pop-up button on the bottom left of the page. 

How does the referral program work?

Navigate to the bottom of the rewards page and the Refer a Friend section. Enter your email address to receive your personal referral link, which you can share with friends and family so that they can claim $15 off an order over $40. Once they redeem their code, you will be sent a code for $15 off your next order over $40. Please not referrals will only work if the referred customer has never shopped everymanjack.com before. 

I’ve placed orders in the past, did I earn points for those?

If you’re already a customer, you should have 5 points in your account from when you made an account. Points for purchases made and actions taken began accruing on June 1, 2023. 

What happens if I get a refund for an order? Do I keep my points?

No. when a product is returned and refunded, any earned points associated with that order will be voided. 

Are there any limitations when I redeem my rewards?

Yes, you are only able to redeem your points on orders over $40. The rewards are not applicable to Bundles, Gifts, and Kits. 

Do my rewards expire?

Points and rewards are earned and expire on a rolling year basis. 

Can I combine rewards with other promo codes?

No. Only one discount code can be applied to an order. 

How do I earn rewards on my birthday?

It's easy! Make sure you're logged in, then navigate to the Rewards page. Enter your birth date. Please note that the system has fraud prevention measures in place that blocks customers from receiving birthday points if their birthday is within 1 month of when they entered their birthday.

Subscriptions

Why sign up for a Every Man Jack subscription?

We’ve designed our subscription program to automate replenishments of your grooming supplies, so you can save money and keep a few things off your shopping list. With a Subscription, you’ll be able to get all the products you need, every three months, and easily adjust what’s inside and when it comes. Plus you can always make a one-off order at any time. Best part? You’re not locked in. 

How do I add, remove, or swap items in my subscription?

Once logged in to your account it’s easy to make any adjustment to your order. Add or remove products, swap scents, and try out something new - the power is in your hands. 

Can I pause, skip, or push back my subscription date? How far out?

You can log in to your account and click “delivery schedule” and then “skip!” 

Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account and click “delivery schedule,” “edit,”  then “change delivery schedule.” 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Just log into your account and you’ll see an option to cancel.

What happens if an item in my subscription order goes out of stock?

If you have an Out Of Stock item in your upcoming subscription box, we’ll pause your order and send you an email asking you to update your order. Once updated, we’ll then process and ship out your order!

When should I expect my subscription order?

Subscription orders ship every three months. You’ll receive an email three days before your order is processed so that you have time to make any changes to the products inside or pause your order. Shipping takes up to four business days after your order has been processed.

How can I use dedicated support for subscriptions?

Our subscription support team is here for you via email to help with any and all things Every Man Jack. Swap a product, change order frequency, ask a question, send us a painful dad joke—we’re here for it all.

Can I still take advantage of deals for non-subscribers?

Of course! While you do get special pricing as a subscription customer and will receive occasional subscriber-exclusive promos, you can take advantage of regular promotions as long as you’re logged out of your subscription account!

Products & Ingredients

Is your packaging recyclable?

We always strive to ensure our packaging is made with as many recyclable materials as possible. In fact, all of our body wash & shampoo bottles are made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR). There’s also a plastic number marked on all of our bottles, but please check with your local guidelines for best recycling practices.

Do you test your products tested on animals?

No way. We’re proud to announce that all of our products are certified as “cruelty free” by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Organization (PETA). We have never tested our formulas on animals and never will, nor do we commission anyone to do it on our behalf.

*We do not test on animals, our suppliers don’t test on animals, we don’t commission anyone to test on animals on our behalf, and we don’t sell anywhere that requires animal testing [like China]. We audit our supplier to ensure that they follow Good Manufacturing Practices and no animal testing mandates.

Are your products made in the USA?

Proudly! We formulate and manufacture all of our products in the United States, with the exception of some of our grooming tools, which are sourced internationally. More specifically, our manufacturing takes place at facilities located in Minnesota, California, Vermont, and Texas.

Does your body wash contain SLS (Sodium Laurel Sulfates)?

We don’t use SLS (Sodium Laurel Sulfates) in our formulas. Instead, we use a blend of coconut-derived surfactants that are gentle enough on all skin types, including sensitive.

Are your products vegan?

The majority of our products are vegan, meaning they are made with zero animal-derived ingredients.  There is one exception, which we are working to reformulate by early 2024: Beard Balm. 

Are any of your products gluten free?

Many of our products are made with gluten-free ingredients but are not manufactured in gluten-free facilities.  If you have specific questions about ingredients, please reach out to us at info@everymanjack.com
