Terrible Service, Solid Product
Could not apply discount code and customer service advised me to put through my order and a refund would be provided for the discount amount. After the order was processed, they refused to provide the refund, claiming it wasn't something they were able to do (despite telling me they could in the previous email). No attempt was made to rectify the situation, they basically just said "tough luck". Absolutely embarrassing customer service. The lotion is solid, but obviously I won't be coming back.
